“ We had an incredible experience at Harp & Crown on a Friday night. We initially called for reservations and the person on the other end of the phone was very kind and patient, willing to help us get a reservation that fit our desired times. The ambience and vibe inside is stunning. Our server, Tara, was absolutely outstanding and their vibe was incredible. They were knowledgeable about the menu, helping guide our options and ensure we had enough food. They were knowledgeable about gluten free options which was a huge plus. Drinks were delicious, but small. We got two espresso martinis that were delicious but definitely relatively small. For the time and place, it was honestly perfect for our outing. The food was outstanding. We started with the burrata which had so many favors that complimented each other between the sourdough, leeks, and walnuts. Tara even brought us out more bread to finish up our burrata. I got the grilled squid and brussel sprouts. The brussel sprout serving size was very large and I brought half home. The grilled squid looks small at first but it is easy to underestimate the denseness of the squid. It was filling and appetizing. It was truly perfect. My friends split a mushroom pie and mac and cheese. For dessert, my friends split the cosmic brownie sundae and we all split the creme brulee. Everything was perfect. Overall, we left saying over and over how happy we are that we ended up there. It was perfect for a quick girls night out. We only had one compliment of the entire night... Upon being dropped off by the uber, the sign for the restaurant is NON-EXISTENT. We walked up and down the street confused at the storefront looks like an abandoned place aside from a small, brass sign to the right of the door. If you are not actively looking for the sign, it’s impossible to see. That may be something to be reconsidered for those who have impaired vision or just to get some more attention to the restaurant itself. The sign is pictured for reference for those looking to come to the restaurant. This is a very small thing to look past for a great night out! ”
“ Mushroom truffle pizza is the best ever. Tasted incredible and the crust was so soft!!! I couldn’t stop eating it! It’s super thin crust and you can finish the main part of the pizza slice in a couple of bites, and the crust is pretty large. Drinks were incredible. Staff were INCREDIBLE. So lovely and kind, I loved interacting with them! The restaurant interior was also amazing, super cool vibes with amazing decor. Pretty dim lighting to set the mood for a gastropub. ”
“ Really great place. Mostly smaller and shareable plates. Everything is a La Carte and you’ll need a couple of things per person. We ordered four dishes for two of us and it was plenty of food. The kale salad is delicious. As are the garlic prawns and lamb meatballs. The Phili cheese steak egg rolls were so-so. Service was friendly. Lots of young and beautiful people in there. It’s very dark - so bring a flashlight and reading glasses for the menu, which is printed in font size four ”
“ Such a cool space. Skinny building that goes very deep. Great main floor with plenty of room and great atmosphere. Downstairs has private rooms and bowling that was a hit for the company meeting. Very prohibition type look and feel. ”

“ A great spot for some evening bites and drinks. Came here on a Friday night without reservations and there were no tables available but we were able to get seated at the bar. Service was good and so was the food. We did the tasting and it’s an incredible amount of food (8 selections and dessert). Very worth the price. ”
“ Wonderful, wonderful experience! We ordered the crudo, the beet salad, the octopus and the burrata. Everything was incredibly fresh & well-prepared. The beet salad, though... whatever they are doing, there is pure magic. Our server was perfect, I think her name was Terise. She was attentive enough and there when we needed her. The atmosphere is dark and wonderfully romantic. ”
“ Cool vibe...the ambiance was cool. It gave me the vibe of being in a hunted Manson (as you go downstairs) to the bowling alley. Now how cool is that. Downstairs was more chill and quit. What restaurant has bowling alley (not many)! Upstairs it was loud (Friday night). The ambiance was nice. I had just missed happy hour by 4 minutes. Good thing I did unless I would have not tried the Japanese sweet potato . That was so good. It was different. It was roasted with a crispy bottom. My friend and I had the drink called The Cure (scotch base) ginger-honey, smoked tea, and lemon. Now that drink was smooth. ”
